SCALLOP RILLETTES: Scallop meat 50%, white fish 15%, extra virgin olive oil, rapeseed oil, butter, onion, white wine, carrot, salt, milk, and gelling agent carrageenan (seaweed extract).
MUSSEL RILLETTES: Mussels 40%, white fish 20%, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, butter (milk), rapeseed oil, mussel stock, onion, milk, salt, pepper, and gelling agent carrageenan (seaweed extract).
DIPPING BREAD: Wheat flour, buckwheat flour, sunflower oil, sugar, wheat gluten, malted barley flour, salt, yeast, wheat fiber, deactivated rye sourdough powder (gluten), malted wheat flour, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid. May contain traces of nuts, milk, sesame, and soy.
