GREEN OLIVE TAPENADE WITH PISTOU 90G

Green Olive Delights are a puree of "Lucques" olives.

This olive with its aromatic flesh is picked in green, that is to say before the rise in oil in the fruit.

The bitterness is carried out with respect for the fruit which confers a lot of aromatic freshness.

The flesh of the Lucca olives is then crushed to obtain a smooth puree that can be enjoyed plain or enhanced with Mediterranean dishes.
