It is made from a very high quality Banyuls Natural Sweet Wine, aged for 4 years in wood pieces exposed to the sun and weather.

This breeding allows to obtain a wine with a burnt topaz robe that develops a woody and spicy nose and presents the famous “rancio” aroma (fresh walnuts and menthol) that will be found in vinegar. The finished wine contains 34 g of residual sugar per liter.
