Whole Goose Foie Gras
We prepare our foie gras with geese native to South West France.
Tip: Very refined and longer in the mouth than duck foie gras, we advise you to tasting it to consume fresh but not iced (put 6 hours in the refrigerator before tasting and leave the product 20 minutes at room temperature).
Ingredients: Goose foie gras, salt, pepper, spices, sugar. No additives or preservatives.
