VINEGAR BANYULS 5 YEARS OF AGE 250ML

Made from a very high quality natural Banyuls Sweet Wine, it is aged for 4 years in pieces of wood exposed to the sun and bad weather.

This aging produces a wine with a burnt topaz color which develops a woody and spicy nose and presents the famous “rancio” aroma (fresh walnuts and menthol) that will be found in the vinegar.

The finished wine contains 34g of residual sugar per liter.
